Sarah Rebitt

Teaching Associate

Sarah is a teaching assistant with the Environmental Governance Group. Her role supporting the Agroecology Field School bridges her interest in sustainable agriculture (both environmentally and economically viable) with her passion for fostering multidisciplinary, community-engaged learning environments. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in 2024, completing an honours thesis with the Environmental Governance Group that examined the relationship between soil health and crop productivity of Criollo cacao in Belize. She brings a systems-thinking approach to her work, grounded in ecological principles, relationships, and experiential learning.
